    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
    1. WHY WON'T MY PRINTER WORK?
    2. WHY IS THERE NO SOUND ON MY COMOUTER OR HEADPHONES?

    WHY WON'T MY PRINTER WORK?
    1. IF AN ORANGE LIGHT IS BLINKING, TURN OFF THE PRINTER AND WAIT ONE MINUTE BEFORE TURNING IT BACK ON.
    2. CHECK TO SEE IF YOU HAVE ENOUGH PAPER IN THE TRAY.
    3. CHECK TO SEE IF THERE IS A PAPER JAM. IN THIS CASE, OPEN THE FRONT OF THE PRINTER AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO GET THE PAPER OUT.
    4. THE PRINTER MIGHT NEED A NEW INK TONER CARTRIDGE. IN THIS CASE CALL THE COMPUTER LAB AND ORDER A TONER.
    5. IF THE PRINTER STILL DOES NOT WORK, CALL THE COMPUTER LAB AND THEY WILL TROUBLESHOOT & FIX THE PROBLEM.
     
    WHY IS THERE NO SOUND ON MY COMPUTER OR HEADPHONES?
    1. CHECK TO MAKE SURE THAT THE SPEAKER IS PLUGGED IN AND IS TURNED ON. THE ON/OFF SWITCH IS LOCATED AT THE BOTTOM RIGHT SIDE OF THE FLAT SCREEN. A BLUE LIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SPEAKER INDICATES THAT IT IS TURNED ON.
    2. CHECK AND/OR ADJUST THE VOLUME ON YOUR HEADPHONES.
     
    WHY CAN'T I ORIENT MY SMARTBOARD?
    1.SHUT DOWN THE COMPUTER AND RESTART. IF THIS DOSEN'T WORK, PROCEED TO # 2
    2. MAKE SURE ALL CONNECTIONS ARE IN THE CORRECT PORTS.
